Halcyon Strategies offers a variety of service options for grades 6 through 12, and all forms from private tutoring to small group workshops. In addition to our standard packages, we also customize packages to fit the individual needs of each student.
Additional services may also be supplemented on an hourly basis.

College Preparation
Elite Program
For students and families who want complete peace of mind or don't like leaving anything to chance, we offer our all-inclusive Elite Program. Each Elite student has a completely customized package based on the Initial Evaluation and Strategy Planning session, as well as the student's interests. The student also receives unlimited access to all of our available services to ensure flawless execution.
College Preparation
Gold Program
With our most popular program, our Gold students receive 10 hours of standardized test preparation per school year in addition to all services included in the Silver Program.
College Preparation
Silver Program
For students and families who want the essentials of college preparation, we recommend our Silver Program. It includes an intial evaluation and strategy planning session, college list, customized college roadmap and test schedule, course selection, assistance with all writing assignments, unlimited access to academic tutoring for two core subjects per school year, and extracurricular activities and programs.
Exam Preparation Packages
SAT Preparation
3 hours per week | 8 weeks
Private one-on-one comprehensive tutoring for all three sections of the test. By working one-on-one with our students, we can focus on the student's weaker sections and design customized study methods to accommodate each student's learning and test-taking styles, resulting in maximum scores.
ACT or SAT Subject Matter Preparation
3 hours per week | 8 weeks
Private one-on-one comprehensive tutoring for all sections of the ACT (optional Writing section not included but is available as an add-on) or one SAT Subject Matter test. As with our SAT preparation package, by working one-on-one with our students, we can focus on the student's weaker sections and design customized study methods to accommodate each student's learning and test-taking styles, resulting in maximum scores.
TOEFL Preparation
3 hours per week | 8 weeks
Private one-on-one comprehensive tutoring for all four sections of the TOEFL test. As with our SAT preparation package, by working one-on-one with our students, we can focus on the student's weaker sections and design customized study methods to accommodate each student's learning and test-taking styles, resulting in maximum scores.
